3.15 tempo miles between rain storms. Only my second run since the 40 miler last week. This was supposed to be an easy run but my legs felt like going faster. I’m planning on easing back into mileage. I added strength training back this week. I have a new trainer and will be doing TRX 1-2 times a week for the foreseeable future. Also need to add swimming! The fall 70.3 will not train for itself.
